Fitness Testing
Fitness Testing Fitness testing is a key element for motivation and helping you to gain the most out of Boot Camp. This is an excellent way to see how fit you really are.
Every term we conduct fitness testing in the first week. This is so that you can gauge how you are progressing. If you don't know how you are going, you are only guessing.

Note: As we run consecutive Boot Camps, we do not have a fitness test at the end of the term (otherwise you are doing two weeks in a row of fitness testing). There is, however, an optional fitness test on the last Saturday of the term at Coburg if you want to see how you are progressing.
Our fitness test consists of 5 simple exercises to test your overall muscular strength, aerobic ability as well as endurance.
