Julia Lang - Boot Camp

Julia made a major improvement even after having 2 weeks off over Easter.  She improved on everything in a BIG way from the February Boot Camp to the May term. 

Julia did 35 half push ups last term and this term she could do 40 full and 10 half push ups. She went from 44 sit ups to 60, 18 burpees to 23, 62 star jumps to 71 and from 50 lunges to 68.


“I have always been physically active, however, in the past few years stopped participating in sports etc.. due to other commitments.

 

When I decided it was time to get fit and active again Boot Camp really appealed to me as it is, a group activity, it is outdoors and it has loads of variety in the training. I look forward to attending Boot Camp and the new challenges that are set every week and totally enjoy the Serious Fitness experience. “
