Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Yuri Zylewicz - Boot Camp
When Yuri started Boot Camp at the end of February, who knew that he would improve so dramatically in only 6 weeks!
At the beginning of the term he could only do 52 half push ups and by the end of term he could do 40full and 24 half push ups. He improved from 42 sit ups to 59, 15 burpees to 17, 47 star jumps to 62 and 30 lunges to 58.
“Taking a break from training seemed like a good idea at the time, however, after reverting back to poor nutrition, and a bad lifestyle, I soon realised that my previous training efforts were going to waste.
After receiving some good advice from the Trainers at Serious Fitness, I decided to try out Boot Camp. Much to my surprise, I was able to fit in the early morning sessions with no changes required to my daily schedule. As Boot Camp has a variety of exercises and training techniques, I have been able to stay committed to being fitter, stronger and more agile for the upcoming ski season.
