Belinda Karlsson - Boot Camp
In January Belinda could only do 45 half push ups and now she can do 34 full and 30 half push ups in a minute.  She used to do 31 sit ups and now she does 46, Burpees went from 16 to 20, Star Jumps from 67 to 76, in a minute.  Combined Lunges (both legs added together) she went from 27 to 68 in a minute.

“I must say I've always been a bit scared of fitness. I only started going to the gym for the first time a year ago and after a while I thought this isn't too bad. Then a friend recommended Serious Fitness Boot Camp. She enjoyed the sessions and told me to come along and have a go. So I built up the courage and went along to a session. The session was challenging but made me step out of my comfort zone. I was amazed how quickly the session went.
Attending boot camp was something I thought I could never physically do. But now I know I can.

I like the fact that I'm challenged to step out of my comfort zone and have noticed a big difference in my fitness levels.”
