"I hate it during the class, but love it afterwards! Actually, it is much better than I thought it would be. Mainly cause the instructors are really supportive... Lyndal (my flatmate) and I did a bit of research before we selected your boot camp. What won me over was the fact that you stated in your FAQ's that the instructors don't yell at people (unless if they're late!). If people yell, I switch off, but if they are encouraging and supportive then I respond much better! It's been great!"

"Boot camp has without doubt changed my shape, strengthened my body and enabled me to do more of my own training. I have lost 7 kg since starting with you guys at the end of last year but its the dress sizes which have been the most significant change. I have now lost a total of 15 kg since June 07.
I have never run or been athletic in my life, I played netball and swam at school but that's as far as it went! Now at 27, I do boot camp twice a week, swim twice a week and run. As much as I sometimes dread getting up and going, I always feel fantastic afterwards albeit a little sore! Thanks again guys, I would never have pushed myself as hard and had the results without you." Alana
"I participated in the Oxfam 100k walk on Friday. It was tough. In fact I had never done anything quite like it. The marathon was hard, but this was excruciating. Any how, the team I was in came 61, out of about 650 teams, so we did pretty well. I wasn’t writing this to gloat, but rather, just wanted to say thanks. I don’t think I could have got through it without all the training I had done with you guys. I was actually thinking of you guys at times, particularly as I was going up the mountains thinking – thank god I’ve done those step ups and hill sprints and squats, and even the duck walks. My chicken legs held strong – I was very excited. Anyhow, thanks again for pushing me throughout the sessions. I’ll be back next boot camp."
