Lindsay Green - Boot Camp
At the January Boot Camp, Lindsay could only do 34 half push ups and can now do 10 full push ups and 37 half push ups in a minute.  She used to do 37 sit ups and can now do 42 in a minute, Burpees went from 19 to 20 in a minute, Star Jumps went from 64 to 70  in a minute and Combined Lunges went from 38 to 51 (both legs added together) in a minute.

“Before starting boot camp I was very unmotivated, unfit and always tired. I seemed to go to bed really early and wake up late. Since I have joined I just have all this energy back.  I wake up much earlier and am able to take my dog for walk every morning. I am a lot more focused and productive at work.  I really feel much better (No more 3pm chocolate cravings)

I have noticed the improvements and am extremely happy. I normally get quite bored with exercise but every session is different and the trainers are great - it keeps me interested.

I enjoy every session and always have a good laugh.”
