Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Manuel Coste - Boot Camp

Manuel Coste started Boot Camp with a goal in mind.  After only a few short weeks of training he was able to achieve it.  It just goes to show that with a goal, some determination and a little help… you can do anything…


"I have a sedentary job which means I live a large part of my day seated at a desk. I was turning into a lazy slob.

To challenge myself and improve my fitness I decided to compete in a Triathlon with some other work colleagues.

 I started Serious Fitness Boot Camp to help improve my chances of finishing the Triathlon under my target time of 1 hour. After 3 weeks of Boot Camp I was feeling so much better and I achieved my goal!

 

I completed the Triathlon in 57 minutes 9 seconds.

I'm still doing Boot Camp today as I feel it's a great way to continually improve my fitness, lose weight and has allowed me to meet some great people along the way."
