Kristi Gluschenko - Boot Camp

Last term Kristi managed 20 half and 25 full push-ups.  This term, she was able to do 21 half and 40 full push-ups. Her sit-ups went from 46 to 55, Burpees 22 to 24, Star jumps from 71 to 77 and finally her lunges improved from 66 to 80.

.

I've always enjoyed exercising, but would struggle to push myself so never really got any fitter. Boot Camp makes me work much harder than I ever would on my own, so I'm finally starting to see results.

I was never able to do push-ups before joining Serious Fitness Boot Camp! I enjoy how the sessions are always different, so training is never boring.
