Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

"The commitment one makes to getting fit and improving their health is not always an easy journey to make. The team at Serious Fitness is committed to genuinely assisting individuals to succeed at achieving a healthier lifestyle.

 

I initially commenced with personalized training sessions, in this session I focused on weight training and nutrition. Each session provided me with the tools I needed to enable me to sustain long-term benefits.

 

 I moved onto boot camp to develop my overall fitness. Having completed 3 seasons of boot camp, I can honestly say that after each session I feel invigorated, inspired, enthusiastic and motivated. The sessions are varied, challenging and most importantly fun.

 

 The team at Serious fitness provide a level of professionalism and friendliness that has left no doubt in my mind that I have made the right choice, so much so that I continually find myself recommending them to friends and family who want a realistic and effective fitness and nutrition program that gets results. 

 

I would like to thank Bruce, Anne and the team on their continued support encouragement and enthusiasm. Special thanks to Brendan who always took the time to answer my questions regarding nutrition and weight training. The team definitely know how to get the best out of you.
