Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Bagels with Screambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon

Lazy Sundays can be healthy and delicious with this quick and easy recipe….

 

Ingredients

 

2 whole eggs, beaten lightly

10 egg whites

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

2 bagels

1 small green cucumber, sliced

200g smoked salmon

 

Method

 

Whisk eggs, egg whites & chives together in a bowl.  Heat a medium non-stick pan, add the egg mixture, gently stirring over low heat until almost set.

 

Split Bagels in half & toast both sides. 

 

Top bagel halves with cucumber, one quarter of the salmon & the eggs.

 

Substitute salmon with low fat ham or tuna slices

 

Suitable for breakfast, morning snack, lunch or afternoon snack.

 

Serves 4

 

Per serving 1247kJ/297cals, 29g protein, 6g fat, 29.5g carbohydrate, 0.9g fibre.
