Turkey Club Wrap
Delicious and healthy wrap suitable for breakfast, morning snack, lunch or an afternoon snack. Ingredients
400g cooked turkey breast, chopped with skin removed 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled & seed removed 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 medium tomatoes, sliced mesclun salad leaves 4 lavish or tortilla wraps
Method Lay the lavish/tortillas out on a work surface.
Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, mixing well. Divide the avocado mixture into four and spread out evenly over the wrap. Lay the turkey, slices of tomato and salad leaves along one edge of the wrap.
