Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Powercise
What is Powercise?
Powercise is a new and innovative class specifically designed by Serious Fitness which incorporates resistence training and cardio into the one session. This freestyle aerobics class is designed for those people who might feel a little bit uncoordinated or intimidated at the gym, but still want to gain the most from the session as well as have fun! It is an exciting new way to tighten and tone your body whilst increasing your cardiovascular fitness.
What do you do in a class?
Each class is different and aimed at targeting all areas of the body to tighten and tone your body. This is a freestyle aerobics class incorporating everything from step, boxing, circuit, medicine balls, weights, Gymsticks, TRX and Fitballs. Every class is different and you don't have to be co-ordinated to fit in. The classes are kept very small so that the instructor is able to still offer you very personalised attention.
How long will the class go for?
The sessions last for 45mins.
What is the cost?
Spaces are limited to only 8 people
Cost is: $279.00 for 18 sessions (three sessions per week) @$15.50 per session $210.00 for 12 sessions (two sessions per week) @ $17.50 per session $114.00 for 6 sessions (one session per week) @ $19.00 per session $25.00 for casual session
