Trish Burton - Boot Camp
Trish had an amazing improvement in her results.She went from 22 full and 20 half push ups to 30 full and 28 half push ups, 33 sit ups to 50, 17 burpees to 19, 85 Star Jumps to 93 and 48 lunges (combined total) to 62
