Berry Yoghurt Blast

Start your day in the right way with a healthy and delicious berry & yoghurt smoothy.

Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 teaspoons protein powder
2 tablespoons plain low fat yoghurt
125ml orange juice
125ml apple berry juice


Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
