Boot Camp is some seriously energetic and fun group training, using various exercises to keep you fit and moving. You won't get yelled at or pushed around..
This is the type of training you'll want to come back for again and again. Motivating, energetic and effective, Boot Camp is a great way to get in shape

Do I need to be fit to join and will I get yelled at?
We cater to all fitness levels, so you can join in regardless of where your fitness level is. The only yelling we do are words of encouragement for you to do more and give it your best!

What if I am stuck in a meeting and can't make a session?
Easy, simply give us a call or send us an email and you can do a make up session at any of our locations
When will I get results?
If you come to two or three sessions per week, we guarantee you will increase your fitness within 2 weeks. If you follow our advice and do all the work that is required of you, you will see great results. The more you put in, the more you will get out of it.
What do I wear and bring to my sessions?
You will be issued with a uniform (T-shirt) on your first session. You need to wear comfortable training clothing that you don’t mind getting wet/dirty, including correct running shoes. You will also need to bring a towel and water bottle.
