Robert Gangi - Boot Camp

When Robert Signed up for boot Camp, he was aiming to improve his fitness and gain some energy.  Not only did Robert improve on all of his fitness testing results, he has also dropped 12 kgs since he started!

Last term Robert did 68 full push ups, by July he was able to do 71.  Sit ups were 62 and now 75, Burpees went from 26 to 28, star jumps from 76 to 85.  Lunges went from 32 (combined total) to 63!

I began Boot Camp in September, 2008 and never looked back!! I work in an office (“pen pusher”) and wasn’t really doing much exercise at all. My diet wasn’t too bad, but without much activity it was hard to lose some weight and feel fit.

I now work out 3 – 4 times per week, including 2 sessions of Boot Camp. I have lost 12 kgs at a nice and steady pace, so l will not be putting it back on.

I am now at the point that my body actually ‘craves’ exercise. I can be at work and feeling an urge to do a workout, rather than an urge to eat a bowl of ice cream.

My fellow Boot Campers are a great bunch of people, all different, but with a common goal, which is health, fitness and having fun. I really enjoy the ‘mixing it up’, so each session has unknown activities that keep it interesting.  

I have no hesitation in recommending Serious Boot Camp to anyone, who wants to incorporate a fun way to improve your fitness, lose weight, build strength and have fun doing it! Thank you to the Trainers and Serious Fitness!!”
