Evan Kneebone - Boot Camp
Evan had a bit of an unfair advantage as he also does personal training and is an example of how the Serious Fitness one on one attention can make a big difference to your progress.
Since the last fitness assessment Evan has made an overall improvement including doing 21 push-ups, 14 sit-ups, 4 burpees, 17 star jumps more than last time, plus he went from 66 lunges to 70 from last term.
“It’s great to get out and do some group training and have other people help push you to your limits.
Every week I look forward to the new and varied sessions… the trainers are fantastic and always seem to get that last push-up, crunch or hover hold for ten more seconds out of you.
My fitness has increased over the past few months and next month I will be doing 3 sessions of boot camp a week to increase my cardio leading into Summer.
