Lisa Carty - Boot Camp

Last term when Lisa joined Boot Camp at Carlton she did 10 full and 30 half push ups but this term she was able to do 15 full and 45 half push ups in a minute, her sit ups from 38 sit ups to 45, 16 Burpees to 24, 62 star jumps to 68 and combined lunges went from 36 to 59.

 

“I joined boot camp to increase my fitness levels and to firm up some body parts that weren't as firm as they should be! Since joining Serious Fitness, I am making progress on all levels and I have seen a change in my body as well as my fitness!

 

I joined with a friend and it is fun to ‘suffer’ through the sessions together.  LOL!  The trainers are friendly, encouraging and motivating.  It’s great training outside in all weather conditions as it’s nice to breathe the fresh air.”
