Paul Garbett - Boot Camp

Paul started in April at 50 full push ups as well and pushed out 78 in a minute this term.  His sit ups went from 44 to 62.  Burpees went from 25 to 46. Star jumps 70 to 102.  Lunges went from 36 to 72! (combined total)

“I’ve been totally inactive ‘exercise-wise’ since March of last year. The last twelve months for me has been a bad mix of junk food, TV, lounging around and sleeping in on the weekends.

In an act of sheer desperation I enlisted with Serious Fitness in a hope to initiate change not really knowing what my expectations or outcomes for joining were.

 

Since I started training with Serious Fitness, they’ve me taught quite a bit about discipline and commitment to exercise that I’ve lacked for sometime. The support and camaraderie of the group I train with provides me with the much needed motivation I need to brave the elements and make an effort.”
