"I began going to Serious Fitness in March of 2006 after being embarrassed by someone in front of a group of people about my weight. Before I started training at Serious Fitness, I was overweight, unfit and lethargic. I could barely jog 20 metres without being out of breath, but I enjoyed playing the odd game of tennis. I had tried so many fad diets that I have an entire library of diet books at home. All promising great results but I would lose 4kgs only to put on 6kgs the second that I stopped dieting. My family didn't think that I would last long, as I had tried so many times before to lose weight without much success.
