Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Anna - 12kgs in 12 weeks
I'd been wanting to lose weight for a long time and I finally realised that I couldn't do it on my own.  I also knew that there was no quick fix and wanted to find a place that could help me with both exercise and diet.  I got on the internet and found the answer to my prayers - SERIOUS FITNESS.  I was finally serious about getting healthy and seeing the before and after shots showed me it was possible and from my first conversation with Bruce I knew I had found the right place.
 
Whenever I tried to start an exercise program I would only last a week or two but I kept going to Serious Fitness because I finally made a commitment to myself to get healthy and most importantly I was seeing results.  It also helped greatly that everyone at Serious Fitness were really supportive and encouraging and they helped me believe that I could achieve my goals.
 
My biggest hurdle to overcome was my lack of motivation, not to mention my bad eating habits.  Anne helped me with my diet by putting together a detailed eating plan that was easy to follow.  I was never hungry.  Also, I really enjoyed the training sessions and my motivation improved because my hard work was getting the results.
 
I lost 12kgs in 12 weeks and I feel great.  If you really want to do yourself a favour, do something now!!
