| Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun! |

“Even though I have regularly worked out in gyms, with ample cardio equipment at my disposal I always found some excuse to avoid using it. On the rare occasion that I would jump on the treadmill or such, I found that I was bored and lost motivation within the first few minutes and hence would hop off. Knowing that the cardio aspect was missing from my training program I thought that Boot Camp would be that extra push that I needed, and it was. Now in addition to being pushed by the trainers I find that I’m pushing myself that little bit extra as the weeks go by. At first being committed to Serious Fitness Boot Camp, forced me stay motivated however as the weeks went by and I overcame the initial mental challenge and began to witness the physical improvements, I noticed that the motivation came naturally. I can credit the Serious Fitness Boot Camp sessions to my increase in stamina, body toning and definition. Since including Serious Fitness Boot Camp into my training routine I believe I’ve finally been able to find the right combination for my body that will help me achieve my ultimate fitness goals.”
