Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Daniel Temos - Lost 14kgs at Boot Camp
"The first day I started the Serious Fitness Boot Camp with Bruce I originally thought, "Oh my god, there is no way I can physically get through this". To date I have been part of the morning sessions (3 times per week) for about 5 or 6 months now and I have successfully dropped 14 kilograms with the help, motivation and guidance of Bruce. Over that time I have struggled a little with a few set backs physically but the biggest thing for me, being European, I love my food and it was quite hard at the beginning to watch what I ate etc. Now, I’m thinking more carefully about my food choices and what quantity/portion I eat. To this day, I have more energy, can focus more and the ability to do the things I want to do when I want to do it. I cannot thank Anne, Bruce and the team enough for the encouragement along the way. I am very close to my goal weight so I hope I can get there soon."
