Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Our focus is on creating great base fitness, getting results, improving your nutrition, all while having some serious fun!

Last termKristi managed 20 half and 25 full push-ups.This term, she was able to do 21 half and 40 full push-ups. Her sit-ups went from 46 to 55, Burpees 22 to 24, Star jumps from 71 to 77 and finally her lunges improved from 66 to 80.
