Spiderman Push Ups |

This exercise is great for training your triceps, chest, core (abdominals) and your legs. So it is fantastic for fat burning because it uses so many muscles at one time.
1. Start in the normal push up position. Bruce is on his toes but this can be done from your knees.
2. Gently lower your body to the floor whilst bringing your knee up to your elbow as far a you can. Be mindful to keep your knee off the ground.
3. Return to your start position
4. Gently lower your body to the ground again until your elbows are at 90 degrees whilst brining your other leg up towards your elbow as far as you can go.
5. Return to your start position.
For beginners: Complete as many as you can from your knees and each time try to do one more! Gradually try to do one full push up from your toes at the beginning of each time you attempt this exercise.
Advanced trainers: Complete a minimum of 3 sets of 10 -12 Spiderman push ups and build!
