Serious Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio based in Coburg, Melbourne, with regular bootcamp classes held in Coburg, Bulleen and Carlton. Our services include, one-on-one personal training, group personal training and group exercise classes including, Bootcamp, Powercise (like Zumba), Lean Ladies and Knockout - a mixed martial arts based program to get your heart pumping. Lisa Carty - Boot Camp
Last term when Lisa joined Boot Camp at Carlton she did 10 full and 30 half push ups but this term she was able to do 15 full and 45 half push ups in a minute, her sit ups from 38 sit ups to 45, 16 Burpees to 24, 62 star jumps to 68 and combined lunges went from 36 to 59.
