Sophie Belfrage - Challenge Champion!
It was not an easy challenge this month, as we asked our clients to see how many ‘Serious Squats’ they can do in a minute. A ‘Serious Squat’ is a series of jumps where you go from a wide squat, to a narrow and then a lunge with the right leg forward to a lunge with the left leg forward.
Sophie Belfrage gave it a go and managed 19 in a minute. This is fantastic and what’s even better is Sophie has shown she’s been working hard by getting great results in her assessments. As a Child-Care worker she obviously manages to have some energy reserved for when she’s doing Personal Training or at Boot Camp.
